Bimence Terms of Use

1. Informational website only

Bimence publishes general educational information about crypto-platform registration, referral programs, fees, transfers, identity verification, and security. The site does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, custody, brokerage, fiduciary, or personalized advisory services.

Nothing on Bimence is an offer, recommendation, guarantee of returns, or instruction to trade. Cryptocurrency products can be volatile and may result in substantial or total loss. Read the Crypto Risk Disclosure before making a decision.

2. Independent status

Bimence is not Binance and does not operate Binance products, accounts, identity checks, fees, support, promotions, or customer funds. Binance and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the services discussed.

3. Affiliate relationship

Bimence may receive compensation when an eligible user follows an affiliate link and completes qualifying activity. This can affect how the site is funded, but it does not change the price, eligibility, rebate, or terms shown by the destination platform. Material connections are disclosed close to monetized links and in the Affiliate Disclosure.

The protected referral code used on this site is BIMENCE. Any fee benefit, campaign, duration, or eligibility shown by the official Binance registration flow and account interface controls over a summary on Bimence.

4. Eligibility, location, and account responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that a platform, product, promotion, and referral program are available and lawful in your location and for your account type. Do not use Bimence or a referral link to evade sanctions, geographic controls, identity requirements, age limits, platform rules, or applicable law.

You are responsible for protecting your devices, credentials, recovery methods, and transaction details. Bimence will never ask you to send a password, one-time code, passkey, seed phrase, private key, API secret, KYC document, or funds.

5. Accuracy and changes

Bimence aims to use primary sources, identify verification dates, distinguish official claims from examples, and correct material errors. However, fees, eligibility rules, interfaces, products, campaigns, and laws can change without notice. Always verify time-sensitive information in the official platform interface and terms before acting.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business research. You may not:

• interfere with the site’s operation, security, or access controls;

• introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or impersonate Bimence;
• use the site to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful conduct; or
• copy, republish, or commercially exploit substantial site content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

7. Intellectual property and permitted links

Bimence’s original text, design, logo, and compilation are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. You may link to public Bimence pages and quote short portions with attribution. No license is granted to use the Bimence name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

8. Third-party links and services

Links to Binance and other websites are provided for reference or affiliate attribution. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Bimence does not control their availability, security, content, account decisions, transactions, or support responses.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every item remains current. Nothing in these terms limits a right or warranty that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bimence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the site, reliance on content, third-party services, account decisions, market movement, or interrupted access. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law depends on the circumstances, including the user’s location and any mandatory consumer protections. Before starting a formal claim about Bimence, please contact contact@bimence.com so the issue can be reviewed in good faith. These terms do not require a user to waive a mandatory right or forum provided by applicable law.

12. Changes and severability

Bimence may update these terms when the site, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
